At PLURAL, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you need to return or exchange a product, our policy allows up to 30 calendar days after receipt for you to make your request safely and at no additional cost.
Deadline for Return and Refund
You have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of product receipt to register your return or exchange request.
Following this request, the product must be sent back to the company, respecting the conditions described below.
How Refunds Work
After the return and inspection of the product(s), the refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product and will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
1.1 Credit Card: The reversal may appear on up to two subsequent invoices, depending on the card issuer.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
The return will only be accepted if the product(s):

Are without signs of misuse. They must not show signs of wear, stains, scratches, or alterations.

Are in their original, undamaged packaging.
Products not meeting these conditions may be sent back to the sender, with no refund issued.

Attention: Requests made via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other channels will not be considered valid.
Shipping Costs
PLURAL covers the reverse shipping costs, provided the request is within the legal timeframe and meets the conditions stated in this policy.
Deadlines for Assessment and Refund
After receiving the returned product:

PLURAL will have up to 10 business days for technical inspection.

If everything is compliant, the refund will be processed within the same timeframe.

Should the product show signs of improper use or not be in accordance with the original specifications, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to the customer, with no right to a refund.
Types of Refunds
Full Refund: Will be granted when there is:

Full cancellation of the order by the customer within the 30-day period;

Product with a manufacturing defect or damaged;

Incorrect product sent;

Exercise of the right of withdrawal (repentance) within the legal period.
Partial Refund: When only part of the order is returned. In this case, the refund will be proportional to the returned item(s) plus the corresponding fraction of the original shipping cost.
Out-of-Deadline Returns
Returns sent after the 30-calendar-day deadline will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. The company reserves the right to refuse products sent outside the conditions established in this policy.
